Here is a map of Peru. We are currently in Puno on the shores of Lago (lake) Titicaca. The bottom right of the map. If you click on the map it will open bigger for you to see it.We started our trip in Lima. After a 23 hour bus ride we spent sometime in Cusco. On Saturday we went to Machu Picchu (what a great place, will write more about it later). On Sunday we took a tourist bus from Cusco to Puno (about 10 hours), which is where we are now. The altitude took hold once more. Going from 3400 meters to 3800 meters takes a toll on your body. Andrea and I spent yesterday in bed to kick a bug and adjust to the altitude once more. I highly recommend anyone going to a third world country to take along ciproflox. Its is the cure to any off the food bugs you are going (will get) to get.

Glad you are feeling much better Andy,wish I was there with you the warm weather would feel good right now.I'm sure my old bones could soak up the heat quite nicely. it will take a while for everything to heel.but I will try and be patient I love you much Grama
